Who owns it?
We are owned by DT Media LLC, Waterbury, CT, and we have deep roots in the hospitality industry. We provide marketing/advertising services to restaurants and hotels, and we are former restaurateurs.
How are you affiliated with the Connecticut Restaurant Association?
Just as we did when we were "in the business," we believe in the work of this important industry advocate. We work closely with the CRA on many industry enhancement efforts, RestaurantsCT.com as an example.
Aren't there other restaurant listings on the internet, and aren't many of them free?
There are a few that we know of, yes. And we believe that nothing that is any good, or of real use in the business world, is free.
What does RestaurantCT.com aspire to?
Ultimately, we expect to be the dining public's first choice on the web for learning about Connecticut's ever growing fine dining scene. We also believe that Connecticut's BEST restaurants will all be here. We don't expect to list all the restaurants in Connecticut, but we will list all the BEST restaurants in Connecticut.
