I love dishes fresh, well-prepared and created with love not only for the ingredients but the people who will consume them. How else can you cook so brilliantly? Having dined at Ibiza numerous times for a number of years, I couldn't have put the sheer joy of dining there as well as this reviewer. Thanks for reminding me why I brave the traffic and empty the pocketbook for Ibiza. Lately, my husband and I have been dining at Tapas, in Hamden, which is a less difficult drive, excellent menu, but New Haven remains the restaurant that we recommend to impress. Thanks for a superior and true rendering of Ibiza's wonderful menu. This review was the best I’ve ever read – EVER – and, man, have I read a lot.
