As cooks we've tried to perfect our craft, as brothers we've always fought to be better than the other. The combination has given us a unique passion for what we do. We constantly work off of each other's creativity and knowledge. All we've learned from working in some of the best Italian restaurants in Connecticut and New York City, as well as schooling and working in Italy is with us every day. None of this really matters of course without our mother, who is our biggest critic (and whom you will most likely be greeted with at the door) and our biggest fan, our father. Without the two of them we wouldn't have the criticism that always seemed to knock us down a peg or two just far enough to do even better and at the same time have the support and confidence to give us a push to share our talents with everyone else. All of this put together, our passion, our knowledge and experience, our support, and our dedication to fresh local ingredients, organic and natural we feel we have a combination unlike anyone else.
